An LED, or light-emitting diode, is a semiconductor device that emits visible light when an electric current passes through it. Normally the LED consists of several layers of semi conductor material, with the colour emitted from the LED dependant upon the material used.
Power Factor is a term used to describe the relationship between the current and voltage in an electrical circuit. Equipment such as ballasts possess inductance which causes the current waveform to be displaced and ‘lag’ behind the voltage waveform.A measure of this angle of displacement calculates the Power Factor. The larger the angle, the lower the Power Factor.An ideal power factor is when there is no phase angle difference between the current and the voltage of the circuit and therefore the voltage and current are said to be ‘in phase’ at ‘unity’, resulting in a power factor of 1.
Colour temperature refers to the warmth or coldness of the light produced by the lamp or LED, measured in Kelvin (K). Lamps producing a warm or yellow light have a low Kelvin (2700-3500K), while lamps producing a white or blue light have a higher Kelvin (4000-6500K). The ideal colour temperature is dependent on the application.Generally with LED, the higher the Kelvin rating, the higher the lumen output. But most times the trade off is much poorer colour rendering (CRI) such as when items can appear very blue and therefore not their true colour appearance.
Colour rendition describes the effect a light source or LED has on the appearance of coloured objects. The colour rendering capability of the LED is measured as the Colour Rendering Index, or CRI. When comparing the CRI of different light sources such as LEDs it is important to note that for the comparison to be meaningful, you should compare the LEDs with the same colour temperature. The higher the CRI , the better the ability of the light source to depict a true colour comparison.

Normally, We used two kinds of driver for different led products ,One type is regular driver which was approved UL&VDE certification and with thermal protection function for led corn lights and led garden bulbs, the other is high quality Meanwell driver for high power led high bay fixtures and led flood lights,etc. Absolutely, we can choose type of the driver for you according to your detailed requirements.
Essentially, LEDs can significantly produce less ambient heat than conventional light sources, LEDs require suitable and sometimes substantial heat sinks to ensure the efficient transmission and dissolution of the heat produced by the chip, to protect the life and lumen maintenance of led lamps, Actually most claims happened of inferior led products was caused by heat radiating problems of the LED luminaire,or lamp because these are without optimal heat sinking solutions to keep goods heat radiating in essence.

No,even if fan failed, led corn lights are still working well,But what we want you know that the driver we used is with thermal protection fuction, that means when temperature of ambient or led bulb body reach above 95℃,The power consumption will be cut down in half power automatically, meantimes, the brightness also reduced to half automatically till the hot temperature reduced at 50℃,and then the half power and brightness will recovery full power consumption and full brightness automatically! So if fan failed in such conditions, This thermal protection function will be always working circularly to protect led lights.

Anyway,The role of Fan is making heat go out rapidly and completely. Actually, Please don't worry about fan,we used SUNON fan which manufactured from Taiwan,as the specification showed that fan operated at 25C degree ( normal temperature),the lifespan continue about 80,000hours,operated at above 50C degree( hostile environment),the lifespan also reach about 30,000hours,And until now, we have not received the complaints about fan problem from our customers..
Actually,The truth is the temperature or heat will be increased more if shorter length no matter less SMD or more SMD based on same power consumption, But more SMD will be more better for heat dissipation anyway,For example,30W at 8pcbs with 20 SMD per pcb total 160 SMD without the LED on the front surface,so 30 Watt divide 160 SMD (30/160=0.1875 watt),that means each SMD should undertake 0.1875 watt, While 30watt at 8 pcbs with 24 SMD each,total 192 SMD without the SMD on the front surface,so 30 Watt divide 192 SMD (30/192=0.15625 watt), that means each SMD just undertake 0.15625 watt from total power consumption.

Less power produced less calories heat,0.15625 watt per SMD will have lower temperature than 0.1875 watt per SMD based on same power consumption 30 watt. Absolutely, SMD number have no relations with the length of led bulb,Because total power consumption is still same 30 Watt,it produced calories amount of heat is same no matter how much SMD number or how length size used,just more length or fix a fan will help heat radiating rapidly and completely,keep long lifespan of led bulb for long time useage. 
As above information showed,same power consumption is Not changed,it produced same heat.So that means no matter one row or double rows,it showed same amount of calories heat.
